Garate Anitua & Co Tigre .44 Long caliber carbine. “El Tigre”, Spainish made version of an 1892 Winchester carbine. Caliber is 44 Long not .44-40. Bore is excellent. Action works perfectly. Gun has 93% original blue. This manufacturer made quality guns such as double action revolvers used in World War 1 as well as the very collectable Charola Automatic pistols. Very well made carbine at less than half the price of a model 1892!
