This rifle was made in 1942. The bore is bright and clean. The wood has no damage or cracks. There is slight varnish loss by the buttplate. This rifle shows very little use. There is no alterations or aftermarket addon on this gun. The sights are original to the rifle. There is little loss to the blue on the sliding magazine tube. The gun would rate a 97% overall. This is a really nice 141 in a popular calibre. Most of these Remington's saw hard service in the hunting field with many alterations and repairs.
