A vintage Colt Police Positive with a 6" barrel chambered for the .38 Spec.cartridge. The action locks up very tight, and indexes well. Has about all the old finish at maybe 80% with some mild fading.The Colt black hard rubber grips are good with almost no wear . These early guns were usually the first turn of the century police department gun used until the late 1920's/early 1930's. SN 18022. Bottom of the grip strap is stamped: CPD.
