SHARPS 1878 BORCHARDT CUSTOM TARGET RIFLE, 40-65 cal., 30” bbl., burl PG stock with cheek rest, brass Schuetzen buttplate, burl wood forend, very interesting original Sharps DST which are very rare, tang sight, bead front, bbl. marked “Old Reliable Sharps Rifle Co. Bridgeport CT”, receiver has been reblued by whoever stocked the rifle, very nice job of stocking but needs to be refinished, exc. bore.
