Here is a closet find gun that is 100% all original untouched DFC 1887 stamped US revolver. The factory letter states it was shipped to the US Government Inspecter at the Colt plant January 18, 1887 with 250 guns in the shipment. It is basically a clean blue brown patina with all matching numbers and DFC marks along with US frame. Original grips with no chips or cracks and light DFC and 1887 stamps. Gem mint bore .45 with perfect 4-click action. Never cleaned.  It is just as it was found.  No stretched barrel, guaranteed 100% original in all respects and a very fine US Indian wars revolver.
