RARE BOXER REBELLION JAPANESE TYPE 30 ARISAKA 1ST PATTERN BAYONET, SCABBARD AND FROG CA. 1897-1904. 21” overall with 15 ¾” blade with arsenal stamp on ricasso. Early production with polished blade as opposed to blued and has the distinctive “fish hook” quillon and rounded grip panels and pommel. Original First Pattern scabbard and heavy duty leather frog. Very fine condition and extra hard to find. Boxer Rebellion and Russo-Japanese War period.
