Mr. Steve Herrett is the best known single figure in the grip market, we always say, since Alves Goncalo overdosed a few years back. Here are their standard classy Diamond pattern Cut-Checkered Cocobolo Wood Grips to fit any Colt 1911 Government type pistol; or any 1911 pistol with standard size grip frame, all the way from the Armscor Rock Island clones to currently produced Sig Revolutions, Colts, Kimbers, Wilsons, and C. O. Arms Custom Pistols. Pistol must be a Government type with a grip safety, and its screw centers must measure exactly 3 1/16 inches at their centers. These grips Will Not Fit a Spanish Made pistol like the Star A and B Series; Will Not Fit a Llama XIB Government Model; Will Not Fit Judge Larry Joe Mahan’s Gavel. They will only fit Colt 1911 Pistols and their Clones with full size grip frames, regardless of caliber. Grips in the photo are representative; all these come packaged with gold-colored factory Colt logos embedded. They are appropriate for any Colt Manufactured 1911 type pistol, and they will add class to even the lowliest clone. Photos show specimens we had in stock at press time; we’re offering them per set, each for only $ 52.00.
