Description:
Mauser Custom in .375 H&H built on the venerable FN Commercial Mauser action with a 25 1/2" inch barrel with excellent bore. Ramp front sight and Lyman 48 reciever peep sight. Barrel band sling swivel. Mauser flag safety. Drop box magazine with straddle floorplate and trigger bow release. Stocked in very nice English Walnut with excellent color and contrasting dark lines. Crossbolted. Pancake cheekpiece. Point pattern checkering is 22 LPI and wraps the forend and grip. Steel grip cap and two screw inletted rear sling swivel stud. LOP is 13 3/4" to a red rubber pad. 8lb 11oz I don't know the maker but it is a very well done no nonsense piece. The stock does show a few light handling marks. Checkering at 99% and satin rust blue at 97%. Excellent value.
