Description:
BROWNING SAFARI GRADE RIFLE In the classic caliber of .270 Win. / made famous by Jack O'Connor. This fine rifle in .270 Winchester, with 22" barrel was mfg'd. in 1967 and remains in "VERY GOOD OVERALL CONDITION". Appears to not ever having a scope mounted onto it and was most likely used very little. Complete wih factory "BROWNING " recoil pad and appears to have had factory lacquer cracked type finished replaced by hand rubbed oil finish, which really enhances the beauty of the original wood stock. Priced to sell $1300.00 plus the standard charge of $40.00 to cover careful packing, adequate insurance, and UPS shipping within the continental USA. This rifle would most likely not suit the purest collector due to the enhancements, but would be considered to be a great addition to a rifle shooter's and hunter's stable of fine firearms to be used and not only viewed.
