Colt 1st Model Dragoon. Excellent Colt 1st Model Dragoon revolver. The finest we have ever owned! This gun. 1st Model Dragoons are hard to find in any decent condition as they were the first ones that were issued and in service longest. This gun was made in 1848 and has 97% of the original blue. Case colors are muted but still present and are strongest in the protected areas. Grips have most of the original varnish and gun matches. Cylinder scene is perfect. A truly great first model. Certainly in the top few guns in this condition in existence!
