#4759 Winchester 1885 “Lo-Wall” single shot with 26” No.2 octagon barrel, 32/40 caliber with fine bore, about a 8+ on a scale of 10. Serial number 77XXX(1897), smooth thin plum-brown patina on the barrel, grey-brown on the frame. VG-Fine metal, markings, and VG wood with no dings or serious damage aside of a reasonably well-done chip repair at the upper left tang. Standard trigger, sights, and crescent buttplate. Nothing fancy here, just a decent little Single-Shot in a good “shooters caliber” and a gun suitable for a teen or woman who likes to go out shooting with the “Big Boys”. About VG as described; $1195
