Here is a sharp and handy special order Winchester Model 1892 carbine in 38-40. It features a 2/3" magazine and Winchester logo hard rubber shotgun butt. The barrel and tube retain at least 85% original factory blue with some patina blending in. Receiver is mostly clean patina with most of the blue on loading gate. Wood is perfect, nice oil finished wood. Bore is near mint. I contacted the factory which states serial number 697884 was applied on Jan 22, 1913 with no existing warehouse information available. Of course it is all original,  never touched,  20" barrel with folding carbine sight and standard carbine front with no saddle ring.
