Description:
This full box is date coded "IFT" indicating Sept 6 1940 loading date. Top shows several notations with 1940. The shells have shiny burnt orange paper tubes with green top wad marked "Dominion 5 Smokeless: with high brass bases showing fancy "Dominion made in No 12 Canada Meteor" headstamp. Ammo is clean with bright heads. Box shows light soiling with a few seperations from case rims. Each side shows CIL Dominion Ammunition logo used from 1932 to 1950. A great display box.
