Description:
Inv. 5051 DWM P.08, Dated 1918, Caliber 9mm, Serial Number 39XX r. This is a really handsome P-08. Complete with all the correct proofs for WWI. The finish is really rather nice and would easily rate at 92-95%. There are a few very small areas where there is any loss. The loss is little more than surface pin pricks. The right side of the barrel has a small all spot about the size of a lima bean, a couple of much smaller patches less notable on the receiver, the usual wear on the receiver rail, and side plate. The balance of the gun is super. The grip straps show no wear or graying. The strawed parts show at least 60% of the original color. All numbered parts match including the correct walnut based magazine. The gun functions perfectly and locks up tight. The walnut grips are super, no chips or cracks with just some small areas of point flattening. The bore is outstanding, super sharp and crisp showing no graying. In fact the interior of the gun also shows little or no use. If you want a really nice looking shooter, this is it. $1395.
