Description:
Very hard to find 1919 Model 1903 that does not have the cut for the Peterson devise. This example features all correct and matching parts for 1919. Finger groove stock is near mint with light cartouche that is there but not readable. Steel trigger guard assembly. Straight bolt. Dished knob rear sight. Smooth butt plate. Proper steel barrel band. No gas hole. Blued finish original now a lighter patina/blue. Barrel dated AV 2-19. Receiver number is 964077. AV stands for Avis Gun Co. M1903 Field replacement barrels c. 1917-1919.
