Best sidelock 12ga. light weight game gun manufactured in 1983. Weight: 6 Lbs. 10 oz. Stock Dimensions: 14 ¾”x 1 3/8”x 2 ½”x 3/8” cast-off. Fine 27 ½” chopper-lump steel barrels with original 2 ¾” proofs have brilliant bores (.728”/.727”), choked .007”/.024”. Holland style hand-detachable sidelocks with intercepting safety sears and gold plated internals. Beautifully executed English scroll engraving of the highest quality, signed by Master engraver Rocco Capece, Ejectors, bushed firing pins, non-auto safety, and double triggers with articulated front trigger. Nicely figured straight-grip stock with checkered butt and splinter forend are unmarked retaining all their original finish. Original maker’s case with trade label. Overall a peerless quality light-weight game gun in absolutely excellent condition throughout.
