Description:

Recently recovered vintage flintlock gun from heritage as you see on the pictures.

Let me know if you are interested and would like to know some specifications

Story of the gun:

One of my friend who was a professional cave discoverer person found it in a hidden hole with several other items (with some rusty knives etc.) This gun was protected by a piece of cloth drenched with tar, so I guess this helped to protect and reserve this gun. So it was definitely  hidden and carefully protected. I believe this gun was used for protection, and not for military use, however I see similar items, but this one looks more rough and more potent. (This might be used by or against the Osmans (now Turkish) in the XV-XVI century).  I  I don't think it is in a working condition now, because the hammer is not knocking by pulling the trigger, but based on my view it was used. Inside of the barrel there are some sign of soot (so it is black inside). Also the pieces are made from cast iron and not steel and clearly not made by today's technology. The wood piece looks really old also really dry and the wear is visible.
