Sales Policy: Meridian Firearms accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, Certified Check, Money Order, or Personal Check. Non-credit card orders will not ship until payment has completely processed.  If the purchaser is in Michigan, a sales tax of 6% must be collected. All payment must be received/processed within 10 days of closing or the item will be considered not sold and will be relisted.

Shipping Policy: All items will be shipped via FedEx Ground if a long gun, or United States Postal Service if a hand gun. Shipping if paid for by the customer includes full insurance on the firearm while in transit. The buyer is responsible for facilitating  a copy of a valid copy of the federal firearms license to which that firearm will be shipped to, and it must be received from said business establishment.  This may be mailed, faxed, or emailed to the seller. The cost for shipping is determined by the distance traveled and that includes FULL INSURANCE on the firearm while in transit.

All firearms will be shipped the same day payment is processed and the copy of your local dealer's FFL has been received. Credit card orders ship immediately upon receipt of FFL.

Return Policy: All items may be inspected for three days from the time of receipt for defects. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number from Meridian Firearms, llc. Any item returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
