This is an early barrel dated RA 12-17 barrel and Remington 45329 receiver. Every single part is marked Remington inc. stock, barrel, reciever, rear sight, Large R on end of stock. RA-P on left side of stock. All original dark blue parkerized dull military finish. Mint bore and action. 98% original finish on all metal. Stock is beautiful and worthy of a fine 1917 era sporting rifle. Beautiful oil finish. Just spectacular. If you have always wanted the WW1 rifle used by the likes of Alvin York, you will not be dissappointed in this fine example.
