Description:
SN 1113. Still retains generous amounts of nickel on the frame and barrel. No nickel left on the cylinder but the stagecoach scene is still very visible. The brass grip frame still retains almost all of the silver finish. Engraved on the backstrap "L Cabot". The grips are fine and retain 90%+ of the original finish. Included are some documents regarding Cabots history. Louis Cabot mustered in on 12-19-1861 as a second Lieutenent and mustered out on 1-17-1865 as a Major in the 1st Mass. Cavalry.
