D'Armes De Guerre Herstal-Belgique; Belgium: A FN Mauser Deluxe Lightweight Made in the late 1950's with a Claw Extractor made prior to the Browning Bolt Rifles. This piece is a 250-3000 with a 24" Chrome Vanadium Steel barrel, Front ramp with their sight protector, FN logo on the receiver ring, Bolt Sleeve safety set up for scope use, Drilled and tapped on the receiver ring and the bridge, 1" rings mounted with a 4X Compact Leupold, Non-hinged floorplate, Cross bolt at the front recoil lug, Synthetic grip cap, Cheekpiece, Wrap around checkering with a border, Sling eyes, 14 1/8" LOP over the FN logo horn buttplate, 8 lbs. 4 oz., This gun retains 97% original factory blue, The stock with original finish at 95% with slight handling marks, The checkering is at 98%, The bore is as new. Here is a fairly unusual FN Deluxe Sporter in a Lightweight Model in a fairly hard cartridge to find on these fine Belgium sporters.
