The F comes with the built-in adjustability and safety of AccuTrigger, so there's no need for a gunsmith to modify it. AccuTrigger also provides a crisp, clean trigger pull, which enhances accuracy. All 93R17 have the basic Savage 93 action and a two-position safety located immediately behind the bolt handle at the right rear of the action. The F features a blued carbon steel barrel and detachable box magazine set in a matte black synthetic stock with cut checkering. Every 17 series model provides tack-driving accuracy powerful enough for dispatching small game and varmints.
