The Model 21 has earned its place among legendary double shotguns as the best built, strongest action and barrels ever created.  John Olin's personal favorite, it was built in grades from simple Field Grade to elaborate works of art.  Winchester offered a DELUXE that was the finest it could produce, with special attention to the finest details, including highly figured wood, the finest metal finishes, and only the best of the Winchester craftsman would be used to build one of these custom ordered shotguns.  This particular M21, sn28625 is no exception.  The 16ga. guns were very low production so finding a custom ordered M21 in 16 gauge is a rare opportunity to own a gun that will continue to gain value as you enjoy its use.  The gun shows near new and is mechanically perfect in all ways.
