This is a Del-Ton Inc DTI-15 in 5.56mm. It has a five point adjustable stock. The upper has a flat top with peep sights. The metal is in excellent condition, with some minor wear on the barrel and front sights. The barrel is a 16" barrel with 1X9 rifling and an A2 flash hider.
