Description:
There is patina over all metal surfaces as well as some rust around the hammer and nipple on top the barrel and a small spot on the front of the trigger guard. Wood shows its age with numerous small dings and scratches but no major darkening. A hairline crack is found behind bottom tang and there is a small chip on top the stock by the buttplate. There is a crack behind the lock plate and one under the hammer. There is a period repair to the forend on the right side. The bore has some light rust and only minor pitting.
