Good markings on the lock, very light corrosion on the barrel next to the flintlock mechanism and at the end of the barrel; wood is clean, metal is clean and it has only light corrosion, stock is not missing any wood except for chips at the end of the forestock above ramrod. Overall very good condition. This appears to be original flintlock with all original parts. Very rare as only 3,000 or so made as opposed to more than 20,000 mod. 1836 pistols.
