A wonderful museum quality display. Everything in the set pre dates 1866. First, the gun is a rare 1848 Baby Dragoon Colt. All matching numbers except wedge. Gun is basically a clean patina with nice original grips. Works perfectly and has a mint bore. No cylinder scene viisble sans serial number and barrel address has worn smooth as awell, Basically, just a smooth never cleaned patina gun. Accessories inlude an original Colt .31 cal mold, flask, nipple wrench, cleaning rod and Ely cap tin. Bottom half of desk in drawer includes two ink wells, pearl and gold pen, 4 stamps, assorted coins inc. 2 half dollars, 2- 2 cent pcs, a large cent, 2 Indian heads, 1 silver 3 cent pc, a star 3 cent pc, 2 half dimes, and five civil war tokens along with five pcs of paper fractional currency.
Top half is loaded with stuff that inludes cased lennon style blue tin glasses, large folding bowie, pocket watch, brass compass, case with man and wife pics, razor, small clay pipe, old deck of pre number playing cards, 8 lady CDV'S, 3 Union General CDV'S in Sherman and McClenen. 9 unused patriotic Civil War envelops, pocket mirror, 1862 bible, 2- railroad rec, 1864 Ordnace orders, New York 100 bank note, 1864 NY cancelled Check, Map of Georgia and Alabama and several other paper items inc milita orders, ordanance order forms, etc.
A display all by itself and is antique so can be shipped right to your door. All items come with gun and will not be sold seperately.
