Description:
Thompson Center muzzleloaders are the finest made black powder guns sold commercially. This HAWKIN model is a .50 cal. and has a very good bore, looks like it has been used sparingly, and the nipple looks clean also.The 29" Barrel is full high polish blue with original front and rear adjustable sights,and is 7/8" Octagonal! I've never seen a TC with high polish blue, and the walnut stock has very aggressive grain. I believe that this gun was made for an employee, as every feature is above the average.Stock is very good almost no wear just handling scrapes, no gouges, dents or splits! Trim is brass, and has an oak wooden ramrod, with a brass tip. Action works good.Has double set triggers. Very clean gun! Quality Far above any Hawkin made by T.c I've had!
