Description:
This capper has a fancy cast iron base, sliding decapper and hardwood handle, cast parts show 90% original green paint, the nickel plated tube holders show wear with oxidation staining. This tool fits 16GA shells works well, and could be used for priming today. An interesting tool from a century ago.
