This pristine old SAA has a blued and color case hardened finish. The left side of the frame has the patents on three lines and is also marked "U. S.". Near the cylinder pin the barrel is marked "HN/ P". HN is also marked on the frame, trigger guard, and right grip panel. The cylinder is marked 7555.
