Original composite musketoon of the Revolutionary War era with a largely reproduction lock assembly formed around a cleaned and draw filed original plate and using some original internal parts. All other major parts original antique and of the era. Good overall with minor wood repairs. Lock in working order. Very fine looking and from an old Maryland collection started before WW2 with all the restoration work done by the collector himself. Colorful and largely original.
