Description:
***SOLD***
In the early 1960s there were a small number of Marlin rifles manufactured in a special edition "Royal Canadian," this rifle was built in 1954 and IS NOT one of this short special edition. According to Blue Book of Gun Values and the Marlin blogs, RC means Regular Carbine. This designation predated the special edition and lasted well past it.
The Marlin 336 is a deer hunter's pride and joy. The rifle has a cutout for the stock rear sight and an Aperature sight by Williams on the rear of the Receiver. The Receiver is drilled and tapped for a scope.
There is typical wear for a hunter's rifle but nothing major. There are holes where sling rings were installed yet none exist at this time. The action is solid but very smooth.
The .35 Remington is a great round for brush hunters and shooting ferel hogs.
Buyer to pay $45.00 toward shipping.
