Winchester Model 1892 Takedown ANIB .38-40 Winchester: The 24" octagon barrel is stamped...1892 Limited Series Deluxe Takedown -- Caliber .38-40 Winchester Only. The rifle is as new and unfired, and comes with the factory box with outer sleeve, and retro-style Winchester Model 1892 instruction booklet, and firearm lock and has a low serial number: 00103MN92P. The outer box sleeve is black and is marked Winchester Rifles & Shotguns and "LIMITED SERIES". After some research I was not able to ascertain when this LIMITED SERIES was manufactured.
