This is a very close copy of a Remington Model 4 as I have a Remington receiver which I put along side in one of the photos.They look like two peas in a pod. I mention this as I bought this as a project rifle.Its not working but seems to be all there.Remington parts probably could be adapted. The firing pin is frozen. I was going to have a gunsmith redo in .32 s&w long c.f..But then I found a different single shot that I like better.I don't know if its possible to make into a rolling block pistol. The forend wood is decent. The stock was taped along time ago with electrician tape which I removed. The butt stock can easily be reglued to be sound again and made to be decent. The caliber is .32 rimfire and has black powder proofs making it an antique.The bore is quite worn but rifling is visible. I am selling as a project rifle ,or as a decorator ;and no return.
