This beautiufl Model G is a take down with hand checkered walnut stock,  a 24" round barrel with front sight on base and serrated steel Savago logo butt plate. It displays the lusterous high polish blue found onlly on the early pre war models.  This gun is in exquisite condition with all the barrel blue and at least 95% of the original high luster blue on receiver just hinting at some high edge wear and thinness. Reddish wood is some of the nicest I have ever seen.  Mint bore and action.  Caliber is .300 Savage.  Serial #306506.
