NOTE: Please be aware that I am offering this outstanding and very accurate 1980's Sauer 200 Lux 30-06 Springfield rifle for a friend. While it is priced for the rifle alone, please be aware that this rifle can also be purchased already sighted in with an already mounted Leupold Vari-X III 3.5-10 50mm scope, and two extra original Sauer magazines, if you so wish. This rifle is of the very highest quality and one of the finest hunting rifles in the world. It is in near mint condition and should appeal to both the collector and the hunter. This rifle was built in the mid-1980's to early 1990's and still remains in as new condition. It has been sighted in only, and has not been taken into the woods. It proved itself to be a very accurate rifle with the factory issue ammunition used, and if you purchase the rifle the sight in target will be included. THIS IS A GORGEOUS MODEL 200 RIGHT-HAND takedown Sporting Rifle by Sauer & Sohn (GERMANY) in the popular .30-06 Springfield Caliber. It comes with the original Sauer issue quick-detachable sling swivels, new Leupold Rifleman 1" High matte scope rings and Warne two piece scope bases. This rifle is a Right Hand Bolt action take down rifle, with very nice Lux European style oil finish wood. It features a Sauer deluxe spoonbill bolt handle, jeweled bolt, palm swell, sharp hand cut checkering, and factory black rubber ventilated recoil pad. The LOP of this rifle is 14.5 inches. The barrel length is 24 inches and it is the more desired steel receiver model. You will be delighted with your purchase of this gorgeous and highly sought after rifle. If you have been looking for an outstanding right-hand Sauer 200 rifle, or just looking for a great hunting rifle in the popular .30-06 Springfield caliber, then you need look no further. I would never consider selling it, but at age 76 have decided to do so. Since this is a collectible and usable operating firearm. I will need a valid copy of a current FFL to whom to ship the firearm. It will be shipped to your receiving dealer via Fed Ex or UPS. Please add $50.00 to the amount for shipping when you mail your funds, as I want to pack it heavy duty to protect the gun. The rifle will be shipped like I would want it shipped to me. It will be placed in a silicone SackUp gun sock, and then placed in a plastic hardcase, which will then be taped solidly secure, and then the hardcase will be placed in a cardboard shipping box.
