#3827 Allen & Thurber 1845 “Baby Pepperbox”, uncommon last variation with integral nipple shield, and 2-1/2”x31caliber barrel group, five shooter. Small sized bird-head grips in fine condition, smooth chocolate brown patina on the frame with strong frame engraving. Fine smooth plumming original blue on the barrel group, good hammer address but lightly stamped. Barrel markings.are excellent. Mechanically tight and working correctly. Very, VERY decent and relatively uncommon sized pepperbox. VG/VG+ $785
