French Holster Flintlock Pistol
French Holster Flintlock Pistol, c.1770’s 10”, .60 cal. round steel barrel brass. Stock is carved very ornately especially around the tang and in front of the trigger guard. Trigger guard has a metal piece missing in front of the trigger guard. Brass butt cap with long stirrups coming up the sides of the grips, some wire in lay on stock, 15” overall length in good working order, locks up well on full and half cock. Metal is clean with only some slight corrosion. Early style lock & hammer. A very ornate example from American Revolutionary War era. (13-19) I take Visa/Mastercard, add 3%. Allow two weeks for all checks, whether bank, personal or certified to clear.
