U.S. Remington Model 1903-A3 Rifle, serial # 3949122, cal. 30-06, with 24" Remington barrel dated "3-43" that has a near excellent lightly freckled bore. The metal surfaces retain about 99% of a gray arsenal parkerized finish. The rear sight, follower, extractor, firing pin, magazine cut-off, barrel bands and front sight protector are blued but in similar condition. The walnut stocks rate excellent and have a few light dings. The butt stock has a partial firing proof below the wrist and "RA" behind the rear crossbolt. Included are a green canvas sling and plastic oiler with cleaning tools. Overall an excellent, very clean example of a Remington A3 rifle. Inv.: # 2-1710
