Like new in box. 28" barrel, no signs of having ever been fired. Has one installed choke, does not have the others. Has original booklet, hang tag, all styrofoam liners, etc as well as the tools for changing chokes. This gun is just like it was when it left the store. A fine semi auto 12 ga. magnum semi auto shotgun ready for this falls hunting season. I looked on line and they sell the Benelli chokes for about .25 each and are easy to get.
