This 22 was made in 1953. This gun is in as new condition. Shows little if any use. Stock and forend retain all of it's original finish. There is no cracks or splits with the stock or forend. Sights are original for this gun. The take down feature is tight with no marring or adjustments. This is one of Winchester's most popular 22 pump models. To find one in nice clean condition and not worn out is a real plus for the shooter collector. This Winchester may have been professionally redone and has not been used since. Has been done to Winchester specifications and blue. I have had people tell me at the shows that it is a professional refinish, others say that it is a correct late Winchester factory finish! Very tough call for me.
