This is a completely refurbished rifle consisting of an original M1 Garand H&R HRA SPECIAL 30-06 receiver, new production Criterion barrel MEASURES 0.+.and the chamber measures 0+. New production American Walnut stock and handguards, and Receiver and most other parts are refinished USGI, but some parts may be new manufacture.
