We start off by selling a high quality lower receiver (Mega Arms) which we will send to your FFL. After you pass the background check return the lower receiver in the pre-paid mailer we provide.
When we receive it, we will call you to discuss how you would like your custom rifle built.
We are only selling the lowers to customers who are interested in having the rifle custom built around it by our highly qualified gunsmiths.
