About Us: Joe Salter has been in the Antique and Collector Weapons business for 60 years as both a collector and dealer. Description:
This is a 60's era kit for 12 ga. shotguns and is housed in the original 19 3/4" x 4" x 1 1/2" cardboard box with tartan exterior and illustrated instructions printed on the inside of the lid. The kit is complete and unused and contains: a black two-piece Parker-Hale cleaning rod; a full unopened can of Young's .303 Oil; two bore brushes (copper and nylon); a brass patch jag; two bundles of flannelette patches; and a yellow "MADE IN ENGLAND" marked flannel cloth. The components are in virtually new and unused condition but with a few very minor specks of surface oxidation on the cleaning rod ferrule and some mild tarnish at the pommel. The box is in excellent condition with some slight damage along the edges and corners; and also has the original protective internal cellophane cover and cardboard wraps. This is an excellent vintage Parker-hale set in nearly new condition and exhibits no use.
