Description:
Offered here for the Winchester collector is a very early 2nd model, serial #33XXX, manufactured in 1879 per Winchester letter included. It is in .44/40 with a fingerprint dustcover, with button, or a half magazine. Blue is approximately 60% or better turning to patina, and wood is great with no dents, dings scratches, and appears to be in original condition with only some very slight wear to the varnish as far as I can judge. Bore is very good, and would rate an 8. A well used, but very well cared for 135 year old Winchester 1873 that be a great addition to any collection
