*** SALE PENDING *** HAVE A VERY FINE PAIR OF THIRD GENERATION COLT SAA IN .44-40 ON COLT'S BLACK POWDER FRAME. BOTH ARE FACTORY SILVER PLATED AND ARE CONSECUTIVE SERIAL NUMBERED SAA67612 AND SAA67613. BOTH WERE SHIPPED TO HISTORIAN DON WILKERSON (AUTHOR OF MANY COLT BOOKS, THESE ARE ACTUALLY HIGHLIGHTED AND PHOTOGRAPHED IN ONE OF THEM) ON 3-22-85. BARRELS ARE BOTH 4 3/4" AND GRIPS ARE CHECKERED IVORY. THESE GUNS COME COMPLETE WITH FACTORY LETTER AND NOTHING ABOUT EITHER HAS BEEN ALTERED SINCE THEY HAVE LEFT THE FACTORY. ONE OTHER INTERESTING NOTE IS THEY HAVE NUMBERS "1" AND "2" ENGRAVED ON THE BACKSTRAP FROM THE FACTORY WHICH WAS HIGHLY UNUSUAL. BOTH GUNS ARE UNFIRED AND REMAIN IN 97-98% OVERALL CONDITION.
