Description:
This patent top outside spring flask has nickel plated hardware with a nice aged patina and shows J. Dixons markings listed as No 28 on page 266 of rilings flask book. The adjustable charger spout is regulated for 3 to 4 dreams. The iron body is Moroccan leather covered, this cover has shrunk resulting in seam splits and neck separations. A small shrinkage tear shows by escution on front of flask. This flask book in a reprint of Dixon's Sporting Takle catalog of July 1883. An interesting old Dixon Flask.
