Here is a really nice far above average Model 1892 Rifle in 44-40. It sports a 24" full round full magazine with crescent butt so is standard all the way. The barrel and tube retain virtually all of the original factory blue starting to plum esp behind the rear sight to the receiver. The receiver is about the same, almost all of the high luster blue on both sides staring to plum but still reflective blue intact Bottom and top of the receiver are plum. Markings are perfect. Bore is excellent and sharp , probably 8 of 10 and definatly shootable. Wood is excellent without a single chip or sliver, few bumps and nice dark reddish original finish, proud to the metal and never touched, sanded or re-finished, 100% original. Screws still have most of the high luster blue. Some case colors in hidden areas. Serial #33135 is antique and made in 1893 so no paper work needed to ship. SALES PENDING
