#3516 S&W Model 3 First Model American 85%
This is a very nice S&W First Model American single action revolver in 44 S&W American. The mechanical function is excellent and the cylinder and bore is excellent except for one small patch of corrosion in the bore. It retains over 85% original nickel finish. The grips are ivory and on the back of the grips are 276 in Roman numerals. The grips fit perfect and have a beautiful mellow color. The serial number is 5276 and is all matching numbers. This revolver was made in 1871 or 1872. Comes with a factory letter.
