Description:
This is one of the super-accurate Steyr Model M sporting rifles, chambered in the great 7x64 caliber; the European equivalent to out 280 Remington. The Professional comes with a Cycolac stock, rotary magazine, the hammer-forged "swirl finish" barrel, golt trigger, and scopemounts.
Ammunition is not an issue with the 7x64, with ammunition loaded by Barnes, Remington, Norma, Sellier & Bellot, Magtech, Lapua, Brenneke, and Hirtenberger, many in several loadings. The 7x64 is typically loaded with bullets in the 139 to 175gr range, and is similar in power to the 7mm Remington Magnum, but without the recoil and blast of the magnum round.
I will include the rest of my ammunition with the sale of the rifle. The scope is not included, but is available to the buyer.
